Shipping policy

We ship Monday-Friday during normal business hours of our local post office. We do not ship during local and federal holidays. All items are shipped within 48 hours and once accepted by the USPS we cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen items.

 If there is any delay in shipping you will be contacted and informed on whether you would like a refund due to the delay. Once an item is prepared and on its way to the USPS you will receive a tracking email. Should you not receive a tracking email or have NOT been contacted by SGA Oils within 48 hours of your purchase please email: order@sgaoils.com
